Experienced Line Cook

Position Summary

Line Cooks are responsible for preparing ingredients, producing quality meals, and cleaning their workspace throughout the day to follow health and safety guidelines. All Cooks follow recipes consistently, keep our kitchen & hot line organized, communicate all needs or issues with Chefs & Managers, and prepare garnishes to make an attractive presentation for each meal. Luogo Line cooks will work with a tight-knit team in a family-owned & fast paced environment, where input and ideas are appreciated and celebrated!

Qualifications & Responsibilities

2 Years Kitchen experience in high volume / high end establishments

Food preparation and collaboration with kitchen & Chef team

Produce high quality plates, including both design and taste

Assists with preparation of family meal, receiving and organizing products, and management of supplies

Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition

Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards

Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance

Adheres to all Health Department standards & practices

Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (experience pending)

Host / Hostess

(Applicants must have OpenTable experience in a high-volume setting)

Position Summary

Ideal team members have a strong background with open tables in a high volume setting and are passionate about sincere hospitality and sales! The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a host / hostess in a bustling, fast-paced, upscale restaurant setting. We work with a tight-knit team in a family-owned & fast-paced environment, where input and ideas are appreciated and celebrated!

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (experience pending)

Servers & Bartenders

Position Summary

Servers are responsible for positive, memorable, and hospitable interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our guests have exceptional dining experiences. At all times, servers & bartenders are expected to be attentive to our guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, valued and relaxed.

Ideal team members are passionate about food and service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced, upscale restaurant setting. Luogo service staff will work with a tight-knit team in a family-owned & fast paced environment, where input and ideas are appreciated and celebrated!

Sous Chef

Position Summary

Sous chefs are hands-on with the day-to-day kitchen operations, as well as active coaches to our talented culinary team. This role engages with weekly business strategies and daily shift preparations, including shared administrative responsibilities to ensure the highest quality experience for both our guests and team a like. As sous chef, you will work with the executive chef to write department schedules, place orders & manage inventories, and curate a positive & professional culture. Luogo sous chefs will work with a tight-knit team in a family-owned & fast-paced environment, where input and ideas are appreciated and celebrated!

Pay: Starting at $65,000

Restaurant Manager

Position Summary

Restaurant Managers are hands on with the day-to-day restaurant operations, as well as active coaches to our talented hospitality team. This role engages with weekly business strategies and daily shift preparations, including shared administrative responsibilities to ensure the highest quality experience for both our guests and team alike. As Manager, you will work with the General Manager to write department schedules, place orders & manage inventories, and curate a positive & professional culture. Restaurant Managers will work with a tight-knit team in a family-owned & fast paced environment, where input and ideas are appreciated and celebrated!
